Process Explained

Client send us the Main Applicant Passport copy to to do a preliminary Due Diligence check. Once confirmed OK, Client signs Retainer Agreement and sends the initial funds for processing fees as per invoice.

Client gathers the necessary documents as advised by us. Clients send the Original Documents & Pay the Balance Fees, submit the File & Fees to the relevant Lawyers & Government Authorities.

Government Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) issues the file “Acceptance Letter” and starts it’s  Due Diligence process.

 Government Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) issues the “Approval Letter”.

Client pays for Donation Amount OR Balance of Real Estate Investment Amount.

Certificate of Naturalization & Passports are issued.
